Description:
All trust functions broken in seahorse. You get "Unable to change trust: general Error. Signing keys does not work as well

Steps to reproduce:

Open Seahorse, Select a key, Right Click -> Properties -> Details

Under "Indicate Trust", change value of the "You Trust the Owner:" Drop down menu. You will get "General Trust Error".

Attached is screenshot.

Also not working is key edting. Suspect there is a change in format of how GPG 2.1 edits keys. might be upstream.

@JGC instead of waiting for upstream to release a fix, can we patch Arch?
