Description:
The last update broke the compilation of my document using the libertine font.
The current texlive-core package references lbtn_c7kyj5.enc in several *.map files which has been removed due to the last update. This results in documents not compiling anymore.

Additional info:
* Downgrade 2016.43763-1 to 2016.42286-1 resolved the problem
* Error thrown by xelatex and pdflatex:
xdvipdfmx:fatal: Could not find encoding file "lbtn_c7kyj5.enc".
* Listing in current texlive-fontextra and grep for lbtn_c7:
yaourt -Ql texlive-fontsextra | grep lbtn_c7
texlive-fontsextra /usr/share/texmf-dist/fonts/enc/dvips/libertine/lbtn_c7hqsr.enc

Please tell whether the issue still exists in TexLive 2017.

I upgraded texlive-fontsextra to 2017.44818-1 and all other texlive packages to their current versions.
The problem remains.
yaourt -Ql texlive-fontsextra | grep lbtn_c7
texlive-fontsextra /usr/share/texmf-dist/fonts/enc/dvips/libertine/lbtn_c7hqsr.enc

and compiling the document results in
xdvipdfmx:fatal: Could not find encoding file "lbtn_c7kyj5.enc".

Please provide a (smallest possible) document that shows the issue.

I have exactly the same problem (downgrading to 2016.42286-1 resolved the problem for me too).

I run into the problem when using the ACM proceedings LaTeX template [1] version 1.48. Compilation of my document fails with the described error, e.g., when a colon character is used in math mode ($:$).

Same problem here. You can reproduce the bug with any document in the ACM format linked by hr.

Samples provided with the template work for me with texlive-fontsextra 2017.45939-1
