I believe this should be a default behavior.

Steps to reproduce:

* Install gdm, bluez, pulseaudio, pulseaudio-bluetooth
* A2DP fails to work in user session
* Apply the fix from the talk page
* Works after a reboot

This was fixed a while ago by including GDM-specific config for pulse that does not load bluetooth.
