Detailsnow mono in extra ,but gettext build is --disable-c-sharp,

I've rebuilt it with --enable-csharp, but I didn't have mono installed. Not sure if it's a dependency or not. Let me know if it works.

Well Judd I emailed the guy who asked, but it hasn't replied to me yet. But tell me, why did you disable it on the first place? You had some specific to --enable-csharp problems?

I thought it required a C#/Mono implementation to build.
