warning: geany-plugins: local (1.30-1) is newer than community (1.29-4)

geany itself is at version 1.30.1-1.

Last packager of the downgraded package is not me. It was probably recently moved from a testing repo, after having been there for a while in connection with a TODO.

A fresh and updated package will appear in [community] shortly.

"Last packager of the downgraded package is not me."

Because you updated community but not community-testing when you updated to 1.30

I thought old packages in community-testing was the responsibility of the people pushing packages from community-testing to community, but I'll make sure to update both packages in community-testing and community, when applicable, from now on.
