Description:
It looks like monit 5.22.0-1 is was not compiled with new openssl 1.10 dependency.
monit 5.21.0-2 was compiled with openssl dependency.


Steps to reproduce:
1. Install latest version of monit 5.22.0-1 and latest version of openssl.
2. Try to start monit with cmd "monit reload"
monit: error while loading shared libraries: libssl.so.1.0.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

Changed mirror to kernel.org and everything seems to work. I had 40 more packages to install.
I think my mirror was just behind.

That likely got you the openssl-1.0 package, but the issue is still here. Monit was updated in community but never rebuilt for community-testing, it's now a downgrade from the previous package which won't automatically update.

Automatic rebuilds are convenient, but made me not see that monit also needed an openssl rebuild to staging/testing.
