Description:

SDDM doesn't start with openssl 1.1.0.e-1

Additional info:
* package version(s)

sddm 0.14.0-2
openssl 1.1.0.e-1

* config and/or log files etc.

Steps to reproduce:

Install sddm 0.14.0-2 and openssl 1.1.0.e-1 from stable. Sddm doesn't start with the following messages.

/usr/bin/sddm: error while loading shared libraries: libssl.so.1.0.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
/usr/bin/sddm: error while loading shared libraries: libcrypto.so.1.0.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

Symlinking libss 1.1 and libcrypto 1.1 solves it.

ln -s /usr/lib/libssl.so.1.1 /usr/lib/libssl.so.1.0.0
ln -s /usr/lib/libcrypto.so.1.1 /usr/lib/libcrypto.so.1.0.0

Reason for closing:  Not a bug
Additional comments about closing:  Update your full system, not just a single package.

Your fix is incorrect, as it doesn't solve anything and causes breakage.

Upgrade your full system. sddm itself doesn't link to libssl, but qt5-base does. qt5-base pulls in openssl-1.0.
