We are at a well known Portuguese University and recently we've installed new servers to do opensource mirroring. We choose arch should be part of our repository so we've rsynced from rsync.archlinux.org your full mirror. The URL's to access the mirror are: http://cesium.di.uminho.pt/pub/archlinux ftp://cesium.di.uminho.pt/pub/archlinux We are sitting on a 1Gbps line to the world (althought the servers have, on this moment, 100Mbps NICs only), so you should get serious speed from them.
