Details
If I enter my password incorrectly for three times, the
forth attempt causes the gdm greeter session to freeze. I'm
not sure if this is the result of local arch linux pam
policy (I'm not 100% sure of the terminology).
By the way, if I fail three times to log in from a tty, the getty process resets. Maybe this could be a hint. I've reported this upstream https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=757259 But I felt I should report here as well in case this is Arch Linux specific. Thank you. |
