Description:
The location status menu indicator is always visible even when location services are disabled.

Additional info:
* 3.24.1+2+g45c2627d4-1
* Location services show as "In Use" even when disabled in Settings > Privacy


Steps to reproduce:
1. Disable location services
2. Icon remains in the status menu

It is also marked as "In use" in the gnome-control-center's Privacy section.

Please try geoclue2-2.4.6-1. It has an updated whitelist that allows gnome-shell for weather location data and gnome-settings-daemon for the nightlight feature.

Updating to geoclue2-2.4.6 does indeed solve the issue in my case.
