Description:
Since a few weeks ago I have had occasional crashes of X.
The frequency varies from once per week to multiple times per hour.
I cannot give an exact date when this started, due to how sporadic this is it is very difficult and time-consuming to bisect.
Furthermore, I don't know exactly which package is at fault here.

Additional info:
* xf86-video-intel is not installed
* xorg-server and xorg-server-common are at version 1.19.3-2
* I am running Linux 4.10.10-1-ARCH
* I have an Intel HD Graphics 530 and GeForce GTX 960M. The Intel card is used for my X session.
* This seems to be related to https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=99358

Steps to reproduce:
1. Start X
2. Use mouse

It's not related to the upstream report you linked, as that is about xf86-video-intel and rotated screens. Our xorg-server package has the commits referenced by that bugreport.

It still seems to be related in that the behavior and reported stack trace are very similar.
From what I could tell the issue was not xf86-video-intel, but rather a missing lock somewhere before it.
I missed the part where this was specific to rotated displays. In this case I guess I should add that I am using a second display over HDMI, but neither display is rotated.

Could anybody point me at a package or even perhaps a specific version that might be the cause of this error?
That way, at least I should be able to find out where it got introduced and contact the right people.

Is this still an issue?
