Details
Description:
Since roughly 4.10.9 IPv6 is disabled right after reboot. Confirmed by checking with sudo sysctl -a | grep disable_ipv6. If i re-enable via sysctl, the interfaces immediately get inet6 addresses assigned as they did with older kernels. Double checked that no leftover sysctl setting can be found on the system or kernel options disable ipv6. Related discussion with confirmation from another user: https://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?pid=1705044 Additional info: * package version(s) 4.10.9 and later Note i'm running systemd-networkd, bootd and Docker, but this seems to be unrelated as IPv6 is not available during early boot. * config and/or log files etc. zgrep -i IPV6 /proc/config.gz: https://clbin.com/EoigX Steps to reproduce: Boot kernel 4.10.9+ |

This seems not to be Kernel related as i downgraded to 4.10.8,
4.10.6 and 4.10.3. IPv6 remained disabled after reboot.
