Although there is no dependency set on gnome-terminal, following error output occurs when installing gnomebaker without gnome-terminal being installed. Furthermore, why gnome-terminal anyway?

Must be a typo mistake in the .install file. There's no dependency on gnome-terminal, the install file lists gnome-terminal as pkgname when registering gconf schemas.

(even worse: it uninstalls gnome-terminal gconf schemas, rendering it useless after uninstall of gnomebaker)

Yup, that'd be my fault... no idea how it went this long without my notice.
