Description:

Doxygen 1.8.13 is known from crashing due regression. See

* Bug report to the upstream https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=776791
* The upstream fix https://github.com/doxygen/doxygen/pull/555

It is Linux distribution-agnostic bug, eg. Red Hat packages are also affected https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1413296
