Description:
Emby has various issues with Mono versions above 4.6.
I've run into similar issues before, Arch updates Mono quicker than Emby is updated to support the newer version properly.

As a suggestion, perhaps it would be wise to specify in the emby-server package that it requires specifically the major version of Mono it is officially supported with, or lower.

Additional info:
emby-server 3.2.10-1
mono 4.8.0.495-1
https://emby.media/community/index.php?/topic/45254-emby-is-not-enabling-https/

Steps to reproduce:
Simply installing emby-server, as it pulls in mono, which is currently 4.8.0.495-1.
Rolling mono back to the previous version, 4.6.1.3-1, resolves the issue.
