Detailsazureus auto updater seems to update to /usr/share/azureus
while archlinux holds azureus in /usr/share/java/azureus pacman -Qo /usr/share/azureus/Azureus2.jar No package owns /usr/share/azureus/Azureus2.jar pacman -Qo /usr/share/java/azureus/Azureus2.jar /usr/share/java/azureus/Azureus2.jar is owned by azureus 2.4.0.2-1 |

Reason for closing: Not a bug
Additional comments about closing: Binary package managers are in charge of updating binary packages. Next time, mark Azureus out of date.
The only way you could have accomplished this is by running Azureus as root...
