Description:
Currently ~/.openttd is used as dir for game data.
But the xdg dir can be used by setting --with-xdg-basedir when configuring.

Agree on using the xdg dirs

It even defaults to do so, just remove the "--personal-dir=.${pkgname}" in the PKGBUILD. No need for "--with-xdg-basedir".
