Description:

The sudo PKGBUILD currently forces the sudo database to be in /var/db/sudo.
The FHS [1] however dedicates /var/lib for this purpose (See 5.8).
So to comply with the FHS, the sudo database should be moved from /var/db/sudo to /var/lib/sudo.

Additional info:
* package version(s)

sudo 1.8.19.p2-1

I don't see a strong reason to move away from a location that's also used in Fedora and Gentoo.

Plus, we can't leave glibc's Makefile alone in /var/db/. Similar to bunnies, it needs a friend.
