mutter 3.24.0 from gnome-unstable seems to lack libmutter-cogl-pango.so library (and potentially more) Instead it contains libraries like: usr/lib/mutter/libmutter-cogl-pango-0.so During startup journalctl mentions the lack several time, before gnome-shell ends up crashing. Additional info: version from extra: https://www.archlinux.org/packages/extra/x86_64/mutter/files/ version from gnome-unstable: https://www.archlinux.org/packages/gnome-unstable/x86_64/mutter/files/ Steps to reproduce: Enable gnome-unstable, pacman -Syu, reboot, observe gnome shell never coming up |
