Description: the aalib.m4 does not forward the --with-aalib-prefix argument to configuration scripts on correctly to the aalib-config

Steps to reproduce:

* clone gst-plugins-good
* run autoconf
* have a cross-compiled aalib installed at a different location
* attempt to use --with-aalib-prefix
* will pick up host aalib-config CFLAGS and LDFLAGS

The patch is submitted upstream but the project seems pretty dead so might be worth applying it here.
