Description:
The noto-fonts-emoji PKGBUILD declares an Apache license. However the fonts it includes and provides are under a SIL Open Font License (aka OFL).

Additional info:
* package version : 20170310-1

Steps to reproduce:
* get package source, for example running makepkg within ABS tree
* check the license section in the README.md file
** text says that the fonts are under OFL (while tools are under Apache license)
* check the fonts/LICENSE file
** it contains an OFL license
* compare with PKGBUILD Licenses= field
** it should be "custom:OFL" or "custom:SIL" (the 2 names are used in different packages)
** but today, it is set to "Apache"
* check the package content
** it contains a OFL license file in the expected place (with the right copyrights)
