Description:
This is a feature request. The Vulkan docs are most useful, if at least the KHR extensions are included. This can be done using one of the provided make* scripts (e.g. makeKHRAndKHX) in the git repository or by setting the EXTENSIONS makefile variable. See https://github.com/KhronosGroup/Vulkan-Docs/blob/1.0/doc/specs/vulkan/README.adoc#building (section Building with extensions included).

It would also be great to have the per-entry-point .html files, not just one huge file for the entire api-specs. This makes browsing the docs more easy and also allows for slower machines opening the files in a reasonable time (the huge files take several seconds on my i5).
