Description:
Qualcomm Atheros QCA9377 crashes waking from a sleep. The system fails to suspend a card when going to sleep which causes a huge freeze on waking (about 10-20 sec) and there is no internet after wake. Additional info: lspci: 08:00.0 Network controller [0280]: Qualcomm Atheros QCA9377 802.11ac Wireless Network Adapter [168c:0042] (rev 30) Subsystem: Lenovo Device [17aa:4035] Kernel driver in use: ath10k_pci journalctl output: http://pastebin.com/UrMjgRUi Steps to reproduce: Close a lid of a laptop for it to go to sleep. Open the lid - freeze with non-responsive screen and keyboard for about 10-20sec and then wi-fi connection indication disappears. |

I too am having this problem. the only way i got the freezing to
stop, is by disabling the wireless card from the bios. For now,
i'm using an external Alfa network adapter until this problem is
resolved.

I have the same problem on Dell Inspiron 5593 with Qualcomm
Atheros QCA9377. The system is up-to-date yet the issue occurs
every time my laptop is awaken from sleep.

I cannot reproduce the issue. Is it still valid?
