Description:

Qualcomm Atheros QCA9377 crashes waking from a sleep. The system fails to suspend a card when going to sleep which causes a huge freeze on waking (about 10-20 sec) and there is no internet after wake.

Steps to reproduce:

Close a lid of a laptop for it to go to sleep. Open the lid - freeze with non-responsive screen and keyboard for about 10-20sec and then wi-fi connection indication disappears.

I too am having this problem. the only way i got the freezing to stop, is by disabling the wireless card from the bios. For now, i'm using an external Alfa network adapter until this problem is resolved.

I have the same problem on Dell Inspiron 5593 with Qualcomm Atheros QCA9377. The system is up-to-date yet the issue occurs every time my laptop is awaken from sleep.
