DetailsDescription: When migrating from backuppc V3 to V4 it is necessary to run a .configure.pl script to adjust the settings. I installed backuppc V4.0.0-3 on top of backuppc V3 and I believe the .configure.pl did not get run. This cause my rsync vbackups to fail.
Additional info: I reported this as a bug to backuppc: https://sourceforge.net/p/backuppc/mailman/message/35727183/ The author of the package is telling me that configure.pl did not get run. Steps to reproduce: |

I'm guessing .pacnew files got created and you ignored them?

Thanks for commenting. It's worse than that. I forgot this was backuppc on an Arch ARM (Raspberry Pi) machine, which is another distribution I believe. Sorry.
