* File is on a different path:

$ pacman -Fs WizardShaft.svg community/freecad 0.16-8
usr/share/freecad/Mod/PartDesign/WizardShaft/WizardShaft.svg

* Open FreeCAD
* Open the Part Design Workbench

Can you test freecad 0.16-9 from [community-testing] and report if the problem is fixed there?
