Description:
Near the month pandoc updates are very frequently without any changes

build number now is 22 and friends updates also downloading every time
pandoc-1.19.2.1-22
pandoc-citeproc-0.10.4.1-13

I'm spent a lot of traffic downloading this
probably a bug in a build script
