Details

The issue is with teamspeak3 3.1.1.1 package in community repos,

https://www.archlinux.org/packages/community/x86_64/teamspeak3/

I've tried install some addons from its embebed installer (inside Options window at Tools menu [Alt+P shortcut]), the point is that embebed installer cannot run because /opt/teamspeak3/package_inst has not execution permissions, so I've fixed the PKGBUILD to include this. You can see it in here:
