We should split flatpak package into flatpak and flatpak-builder. flatpak-builder is not needed unless you are a developer, but flatpak is needed to run flatpak builds that is already built. I think debian and fedora does this. Please concider making this a split-package! Thanks |

This makes absolutely no sense – it doesn't give any significant disk space savings. In fact, both flatpak and flatpak-builder binaries link to the same set of libraries. What exactly do you want to achieve by that split?
