The examples (/usr/share/processing/modes/java/examples) are missed. It seems they didn't get packaged.

The examples does not come with the source release of processing, only the binary release. Normally, Arch Linux only package software as offered by the upstream developers in the form of source tarballs or git repos, without adding anything. However, since processing has a menu option for examples and it's clearly lacking, I added a processing-examples package for the examples in [community]. Please test that it works as expected.
