DetailsI hope I understand this correctly.
While installing screen-4.5.1-1 (full system update) I get the following error (3/3) Updating the info directory file... error: command failed to execute correctly (full log http://pastebin.com/nrtDNhqL ) So what I understand is that I've got a pacman hook /usr/share/libalpm/hooks/texinfo-install.hook which supposed to run when a file change in /usr/share/info/* but screen doesn't install any file into that folder so it fails because the Exec action got no value in f ( Exec = /bin/sh -c 'while read -r f; do install-info "$f" /usr/share/info/dir 2> /dev/null; done' ). I only noticed this now, a few other packages I tried to install doesn't seem to trigger this hook. screen-4.5.1-1 pacman 5.0.1-4 texinfo 6.3-1 |
