Description:

Today's upgrade to Thunderbird, to version 45.7.1-2, has broken it's appearance when using the Adapta theme. The text on the menubar is gone, but I can still click into the void to open the corresponding menu. It seems like it's built against GTK3 now, so this might be the culprit.

The Firefox menubar works with the theme. Adapta is from AUR and
is a few weeks old, but it was updated today after the problem appeared, which did not help.

Additional info:

➜ ~ pacman -Qs adapta
local/adapta-gtk-theme 3.89.2.50-1

➜ ~ pacman -Qs thunderbird
local/thunderbird 45.7.1-2

Steps to reproduce:

Update to said version.
Launch Thunderbird (with Adapta Theme)

Attaching a screenshot. You can even see the text in the screenshot if you look closely, it's a slightly darker grey on grey :)

I tested with many GTK+ 3 themes from the official repositories, but I can't see this. I think it would better to report this problem to the theme developers upstream:

Add another image which shows the buggy message editor. (I put this here since the github bugtracker does not want images, or at least idk how)
