This package can provide a 'marble-qt' binary, which doesn't need KDE Frameworks 5 dependencies, and it can be installed along with the main 'marble' binary. I would like to request to enable it.

To implement it, the package needs to be split:
- marble-common: contains the common libraries and plugins.
- marble: contains the main 'marble' binary, the .desktop file, and other KDE-only stuff.
- marble-qt: contains the 'marble-qt' binary and the related the .desktop file.

I can help implementing it if you want.
