Details

Description:
docker will log a warning message "failed to retrieve docker-init version" in the journal.
And get following message in `docker info`:
"init version: N/A (expected: 949e6facb77383876aeff8a6944dde66b3089574)"

Additional info:
* version 1.13.1-1

Steps to reproduce:
* install docker from the community repo
* `systemctl start docker`
* `systemctl status docker` or `docker info`
