DetailsThe frei0r-plugins package is a huge dependency, and needed only for some effects. Please consider to make it optional.

I prefer the current setup where gnome-video-effects itself is optional, but installing it gets you all effects. Feels simpler.

Another option is to split out facebl0r and facedetect plugins from frei0r-plugins into a separated frei0r-plugins-opencv package. These are not used by gnome-video-effects, and removes the huge opencv dependency.
