Details

Description:
The gallium-based OSMesa supports more OpenGL features, such as GLSL 1.30.
The legacy OSMesa only supports GLSL 1.10 and 1.20.

And the patch is very simple:

Laurent - are you going to implement this? Fedora also uses this configure option. It shouldn't break anything.

yes, it will be implemented, i've already implemented this to mesa-git without problems.
