Description:
mpv does not run because of missing lib

mpv: error while loading shared libraries: libopencv_imgproc.so.3.1: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

Nothing in the mpv package links to this library. You likely aren't running the binary you think you are (check which mpv), or you have something else that links to that lib that mpv is then linked to. If that's the case, you can use lddtree from the pax-utils package to help you find it.
