Description:
I suppose clang is an optional dependency, because you can choose if you want to use it or gcc.
Meanwhile, cmake is needed to open a project (ex. qt quick project)

The code completion needs clang, doesn't it?

Clang is no longer optional. Things break if it is gone. Please leave that.

CMake on the other hand is optional -- provided you do not want to open cmake projects.
