Ntpd daemon stopped working after upgrade to linux 4.9.6-1.

Some details from journactl:

ntpd[862]: unable to create socket on wlp6s0 (7) for fe80::ba76:3fff:fed2:2a20%3#123
ntpd[862]: failed to init interface for address fe80::ba76:3fff:fed2:2a20%3

After downgrade to linux 4.8 network works again.

Running Gnome3, NetworkManager.
Processor i3-3120M, wifi Realtek RTL8188CE.

The problem seems to be fixed with 4.9.11-1-ARCH.
