Ntpd daemon stopped working after upgrade to linux 4.9.6-1.
Some details from journactl: NetworkManager[511]: <info> [1486070351.9375] device (wlp6s0): Activation: successful, device activated. NetworkManager[511]: <info> [1486070352.0028] manager: NetworkManager state is now CONNECTED_GLOBAL ntpd[862]: Listen normally on 6 wlp6s0 192.168.0.103:123 ntpd[862]: bind(21) AF_INET6 fe80::ba76:3fff:fed2:2a20%3#123 flags 0x11 failed: Cannot assign requested address ntpd[862]: unable to create socket on wlp6s0 (7) for fe80::ba76:3fff:fed2:2a20%3#123 ntpd[862]: failed to init interface for address fe80::ba76:3fff:fed2:2a20%3 After downgrade to linux 4.8 network works again. Running Gnome3, NetworkManager. Processor i3-3120M, wifi Realtek RTL8188CE. |

The problem seems to be fixed with 4.9.11-1-ARCH.
