DetailsDescription:
https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/jack2-git/ "Provides: jack, jackdbus, jackdmp, jackmp" the 'jackdmp' package does not exist any more; it's now available trough package 'jack2' (jack2 being the multi processor implementation of jackd). https://www.archlinux.org/packages/community/x86_64/jack2/ I'm seeing this problem via the following messages at the end of every yaourt upgrade; error: missing 'jack2' dependency for 'freewheeling-svn' error: missing 'jack2' dependency for 'gmidimonitor-git' error: missing 'jack2' dependency for 'machina-git' error: missing 'jack2' dependency for 'openav-luppp-git' error: missing 'jack2' dependency for 'zita-at1' I hope this is the right path to report this. There is a comment requesting this on the jack2-git AUR page from 2015 but the package maintainer seems too busy to resolve. I didn't want to flag the "package" as out of date as this is not related to a new version of the software, which is what it seems that mechanism is for. Thanks for your time and any help! |
