Description:
Espeak-ng requires pcaudiolib but pcaudiolib is not in the repository therefore espeak will not speak at all.

This missing package breaks various arch-based builds used by blind and visually impaired users, as they no longer speak once the espeak package is updated. This also breaks the TalkingArch iso image, which also will refuse to speak.

Thanks for reporting. Sorry about breaking it. espeak does not seems to be maintained anymore, but espeak-ng was not a drop-in replacement.

The fixed package is now in [community].
