Support for mounting Novell shares has been removed in kernel config for 4.9.6.

NetWare was succeeded by a SLES based OS in 2005. The protocols live on, though now based on TCP/IP instead of IPX.

Kernel support for ncpfs was removed in 4.18 [1] so this can not be implemented.
