Details
The bind package installs a sysusers.conf file as
/usr/lib/sysusers.d/bind.conf, so then the systemd pacman
hook in /usr/share/libalpm/hooks/systemd-sysusers.hook will
run and update the system users. Unfortunetally that happens
only after the package post_install script runs, resulting
in the following error:
