Details

Description:
I use a laptop with Synaptics touchscreen (Lenovo G400S Touch), I cant scroll webpages using the touchscreen.
Running Fedora 25 on the same laptop scrolling works when I enable e10s feature in Firefox using this tip

But on Arch scrolling using the touchscreen does not work even if e10s feature is enabled.

It's working now on Firefox stable after add the line below to /etc/environment file
export MOZ_USE_XINPUT2=1
