I use a laptop with Synaptics touchscreen (Lenovo G400S Touch), I cant scroll webpages using the touchscreen. Running Fedora 25 on the same laptop scrolling works when I enable e10s feature in Firefox using this tip https://wiki.mozilla.org/Electrolysis#Force_Enable But on Arch scrolling using the touchscreen does not work even if e10s feature is enabled.
