Xpdf version 3.01_pl2-6 creates artefacts after xpdf window resized or if xpdf window bigger than opened pdf file in width/height.

Solution: Don't resize xpdf window

I've got exactly the same problem. It have been able to reproduce it, whatever pdf file I use.

Yup, I get the same thing.
This also happens when I change the zoom from the default 125% to 150%, for example.

Could this possibly be an Xpdf bug, not an archlinux packaging bug?

I found a resize patch for 3.01 and adapted it to abs's current xpdf.

Tested it myself, and it fixed the redraw/zoom bug at least for a couple of pdf files.
Patch attached.
