DetailsDescription: After upgrade of xorg-server (1.18.4-1 -> 1.19.1-1) and some xorg-* and xf86-input-* packages cannot setup keyboard switch layout. Now it breaks arrow keys. Right Ctrl becomes to work like down arrow. Arrow keys does not work after setxkbmap command (see below).

This task depends upon
1. does not work: /usr/bin/setxkbmap -rules xorg -model pc105 -layout us,ru -option "grp:ctrl_shift_toggle,grp_led:scroll"
2. works for me: /usr/bin/setxkbmap -layout "us,ru" -option "grp:ctrl_shift_toggle,grp_led:scroll"
You should also try to git bisect your bug.
