Description:
The wallet has an upstream bug that creates an error dialog when trying to send bitcoins to an address

Additional info:
* 2.7.13-1


Steps to reproduce:
Just fund your wallet and then try to send it to a third party address.

This bug was patched upstream but resync with the latest *-15 is critical.
