Description:

don't allow to login lighdm desktop manager and give blank screen with cursor and nothing else


Additional info: webkit2gtk
* package version(s) : 2.14.3-1 ---> extra


Steps to reproduce:

We should downgrade to previous version of webkit2gtk to solve this solution in archive.archlinux.org/w/webkit2gtk 2.14.2-2
After downgrade everything going back to normal

I've had the same problem. Solved it downgrading webkit2gtk with the following commands:

$ cd /var/cache/pacman/pkg
# pacman -U webkit2gtk-2.14.2-2-x86_64.pkg.tar.xz

The same problem, i did switch to different login manager.

systemctl disable lightdm
pacman -S XXX
systemctl enable XXX

Not an issue with the gtk-greeter.
Its happening to me on my pc with the antergos installed webkit greeter.
