Description:

As newly upgraded ruby 2.4 deprecates fixnum function, the first line in all files under /usr/share/webapps/gitlab-shell/bin should be replaced into:
#!/usr/bin/env ruby-2.3

I only saw warning messages out of ruby 2.4. Not sure whether it would cause more problems.

* package version: 1:4.1.1-1


Steps to reproduce:
When using ssh to push changes, there would be warning messages on the client side
